Cancellation Policy
All Deposits are non-refundable. You CAN NOT transfer or combine deposits from one appointment to another. If you try to change service/style the day of your booked appointment, for a service of lesser value, you will not be able to use that deposit. You will have to pay for that service in full. If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so before 24 hours of your service. You will only be allowed to reschedule one time with your deposit. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled again, you will lose your deposit, and have to book a new appointment with another deposit. If you pull a No Call No Show, you will not be able to book future appointments. Thank you.
